ELT Volunteer Meetup

ELT Volunteer Meetup is the working meeting for people who want to help Erie Labor Temple become durable creative infrastructure.

The gathering reviews current needs, upcoming programs, volunteer crews, and practical ways to contribute. Work may include front-of-house hospitality, program support, communications, building care, studio rehabilitation, grounds and curb appeal through BLOCKWORK, documentation, setup, teardown, and other clearly scoped assignments. You do not need a special résumé or a fully formed role before attending. Bring your questions, ideas, availability, and an honest sense of what you can sustain.

This is not a vague call to donate unlimited labor. The goal is to match real people to real work with clear expectations, owners, safety boundaries, and follow-through. Some roles require additional orientation or approval before access is granted.
