PAINTED PAPER LAB // FAMILY MATINEE turns pigment, paste, pressure, and simple tools into richly patterned sheets made for use.

Makers explore decorative paste paper through combs, improvised tools, pulled marks, layered patterns, and the timing of wet surfaces. The emphasis is playful, tactile, and repeatable rather than precious.

Each maker leaves with approximately 6–8 original decorated sheets plus a BOOKFORGE Make More at Home sheet. Recommended for ages 8+. Participants under 16 must attend with a ticketed participating adult. Materials included.

What to Expect
