DRUMLEAF // LAY-FLAT BOOKS // FAMILY MATINEE introduces a modern adhesive book structure built from individual folded folios. The leaves are joined so that the finished book produces broad uninterrupted spreads that open remarkably flat.
Participants work from accurately prepared materials and learn folding, collating, registration, adhesive control, squaring, and final cover assembly. Each maker leaves with one compact hardcover Drumleaf ready for photographs, prints, drawing, writing, or continued artist-book work.
Recommended ages 12+. Participants under 18 must attend with a ticketed participating adult. No experience required. Materials included.
